The Mountain Movers Dance Group is based at the Bungaree Hall situated 10 km South East of Ballarat just off the Western Freeway 100 Km North West of Melbourne. The group is run by a voluntary committee as a non profit organisation with an aim “To promote Social Ballroom Dancing and friendly interaction.” The Bungaree hall features reverse cycle air conditioning and a good floor. The group was formed in 2002 and made its home at the Warrenheip Hall at the foot of Mount Warrenheip from which the name Mountain Movers originated and moved to the Bungaree hall in 2006 for the better facilities. Our dance instructors Barry and Diane Robertson guide the dancers through all our groups dancing requirements. |
